Your Style Resume.
Summer time. AKA job hunting time. Well if you are looking for the secret to nailing those job interviews pause from looking in your resume folder and take a look in your closet.
It doesn’t matter what kind of job you are applying for, every employer is looking for someone who presents themselves well. And nothing displays this trait better than a well put together outfit.
A dress is a great choice because there is less to worry about. No stressing out about finding the perfect blouse and bottom pairing. A simple dress that compliments your figure, without leaving you uncomfortable is key. You don’t want to get stuck fidgeting the whole interview.
When you find the right dress, all that’s left is finding the right accessories. You want accessories that add that last touch of flavor without being too distracting. Find a pair of shoes that your are comfortable walking in that will add a bit of color or design.
When you are choosing your jewerly pieces your are best going with a simple necklace, a pair of stud earrings, a nice watch and just a few bracelets. And make sure your nails are either nicely polished or cleanly manicured.
And don’t forget to bring a nice purse to slip your phone into. Choose a purse that’s in good condition and big enough to keep all you need without being too bulky and distracting.
And when you are ready to doll up your face, keep it simple. You want make up that highlights and brightens up your face without being overly dramatic. A little mascara, blush, and a subtle lip color is all you really need.
Now take a deep breath, grab your notebook and a few copies of your resume, and smile. You are ready to land that perfect summer job.
